What are the benefits of Raw Food diet?!
im vegetarian and now im so curious about the raw food diet! im guessing that is better since the fruits and vegetables are not loosing its nutriets!.!.right!?
i read somewhere that they still cook but at very low temperatures! is that true!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

It's considered by many to be "better" for you for the simple fact that you eliminate all processed foods from your diet!. No donuts and chips, etc!. Whenever you cut that out, of course you will be healthier!. There are, however, many considerations when switching from vegan to raw vegan!. You'll still need to get your additional nutrients (b12, l-cystine, etc!.) but you'll have to get them from other sources, since you won't be eating fortified baked breads & cereals, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The reason that raw is good is because of enzymes!. Raw food is the only place you will find them!. Enzymes are what the body wants and needs to live!.

Cooking helps break down the cell walls in the vegetables while destroying some nutrients!. But overall more nutrients are available for your body, since you can not digest raw food as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i've read that they don't cook at high temps and the highest temp they can cook at is 160 F!. I am not sure if steaming is allowed, but I love steamed veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
