I am going to stop drinking soy milk but I hate cow's milk, what should I do? Read on!?!
I just tried Hempmilk this morning and it was pretty gross!. It tasted like mint/grass and that is not good with cereal at all!. I was about to get almond milk, but I noticed that Hempmilk has more protein than almond milk so yeah!.

I'm going to agree with rice milk!. Goes great with cereal (tastes much better than milk in cereal, actually), makes great hot chocolate, I got a decent curry out of it, fine with teas, makes a great addition to smoothies!. It has a light, sweet taste!. Lots of rice milk is fortified with B12 and protein too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

But the estrogen in soy is way over blown!. Soy just happens to be one of the higher plant sources of phyto-estrogens that people consume!. There is very little evidence at the moment that the phyto-estrogens have any harmful effect and even the uptake of in humans from eating soy has not been shown in any reliable way!.

Oh goodness!. I understand you beng concerned abut your health and all but you must eat something!. Whats more important to you, getting your protein or saving the animals!? I mean!.!.come on dear, that soy milk isnt the only place to get proteins anyhow!. You could lower your protein intake during breakfast by drinking almond or rice milk but then up the protein in your supper like adding more spinach or beans !.!.!.guess tofus out of the question!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
