I'm not a salad person, but I could cooperate with some adjustments(I'm Vegan)?!
Well, Since I don't really like salads much, I should very much try for my health; at least, I think so!. Well, I really think that vegan Yves Fake Ham is good and I'm considering it on my salad with lots of greens and tomatoes!. also, does any one know if there are any vegan croutons!? Can I make them somehow!? Can you help make my salad taste better!? :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

I find avocado makes a salad creamier!. With tomato, spinach, pine nuts and soy bacon bits (all the bacon bits in the supermarkets here are made from soy - no pigs in sight!! But check first, yeah!?) And aren't crutons just toast!? If for some odd reason not, just get some stale bread and bake it for a while!. Here's a recipe:

i don't really consider eating salads a necessary part of being a vegetarian or vegan if you don't like them, there are plenty of other options!. (burritos!. my favorite!.) but anyway!.!.!.!.
i guess the keys to making a good salad is to make sure everything's dry, fresh, and toss it right before you eat it!.
my favorite salad would be baby spinach, grilled tofu/vegetables (cooled, of course!. i usually use leftovers!.), and some balsamic vinaigrette!.
oh, and i'm sure there are plenty of vegan croutons available!. just check yo' labels!. and if all else fails, homemade croutons are delicious!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Whoa, weird! I had the same problem when I was a vegetarian with salads!.!.!. lol!. It sucks too, because everyone assumes that salad makes up like 99% percent of your diet for some reason!.
There has to be some vegan croutons somewhere and if you can't find any, it wouldn't hurt to look up a recipe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most bagels are vegan, cut them up and toss them up in some olive, or grape seed oil, garlic and seasoning ( Italian herbs R the best)!. Then bake em! Throw some sauted veggies on top for a bit of heat!. Or make your salad crunchier by adding cabbage and broccoli, and such!. A sesame dressing is always a good change too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can try putting fried tofu in it!. I like to pan fry tofu with soy sauce as an alternative to eating meat sometimes!. As long as you use a non stick pan you shouldn't even need oil!. Just a quick searing with the soy sauce should be tasty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
There are a lot of breads out there that are vegan!. You can cut up up the bread into cubes, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until your desired crunchiness!.
