Answers:
Soy milk is mostly water, so!.!.!. yes, it will probably explode!.

Here is the info from Silk's official site:
Can I freeze Silk Soymilk!?
We do not recommend freezing Silk!. It can be done; however upon defrosting, Silk tends to separate irregularly and this greatly reduces the visual quality and consistency of soy milk!.

You may keep Silk in your refrigerator unopened until the date stamped on the carton!. This is not an expiration date, but rather an "open by" date, meaning we guarantee the quality and freshness of Silk for seven to 10 days when opened on or before the date stamped on the carton!. Freezing does not damage the nutritional value of the product!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

it will expand if it freezes because it's mostly water!.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Drain off about 8oz of soy milk before you freeze it!. This will give it room to expand without damaging the container!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldnt try itWww@FoodAQ@Com
