Answers:
I'm a vegetarian and I'm not the biggest fan of vegetables!. It sounds stupid, I'm aware of the fact!.
I don't like most salads, which my dad thinks is ridiculous!.
I disguise vegetables in my food!. If I can't see them then I'm usually fine!. When I don't like the texture, like mushrooms, then I chop them up really finely!.
I blend all soups and sauces and then you don't notice what goes into it!.
I pop vegetables into dishes where I won't notice them!. I add mushrooms and corn to pizza!. I add finely chopped spinach to mac'n'cheese!.
Don't live off of mock meat products, they really aren't that healthy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Good news is that most vegetables do not have to be eaten raw!. We always think of salads as heathy (and they are, too) but you don't really have to eat them if you don't like them!. There is plenty of choice!. Besides, some vegetables are more easily digested and vitamins better used if they are cooked (I think carrots fall into this category but don't take my word for it)!.
In my experience, there is at least one way you can prepare your chosen vegetable that you are going to like!. It is just a matter of experimenting and finding that way! You may hate raw spinach in salad, but love it in tomato sauce and pasta, or curry!. Or cabbage-awful in a plain salad, quite palatable in coleslaw!. For example, I like vegetarian chilli con carne-with beans, mushroom, peppers, carrots, tomatoes (and some quorn mince if liked) this dish is full of vegetables that actualy taste good!
It is a bit like with any food: cook, fry, bake, add spice!.!.!.experiment and see what tastes best for you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My vegetarian son (10) doesn't like many vegetables by themselves, but he likes it when I "hide" various veggies in his foods!. For example:
I make homemade veggie stock and cook many things in it - potatoes, pasta, etc!. I also make him soups with it!.
I puree several veggies that he wouldn't eat otherwise and hide them in sauces and other foods - pasta sauces, mashed potatoes, etc!.
For fruits that he doesn't like alone, I puree them and make him smoothies and frozen fruit bars!. I just find combinations he likes taste-wise and don't tell him what's in there!. (He prefers it that way - then, when it comes to trying something "new", it's easier for him to decide that he "likes" it up front after finding out he's been eating or drinking it for the past few months!.) :)
I puree fruits and veggies and hide them in baked goods - breads, muffins, brownies, whatever!.
I also hide tofu in things like sauces, smoothies, cheesy pasta dishes (lasagna, mac and cheese, manicotti), and creamy or thickened soups!.
Steamed vegetables are quite good, it's a different taste and texture from raw, but still very healthy!. These can be eaten as sides, in pasta and rice dishes, with other grains like couscous and quinoa, etc!.
He does also eat veggie burgers, veggie chicken, etc!. that have several vegetables combined - they taste like something he's used to (he's been veg for about a year and a half), so they're a lot easier for him to eat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I like the basic vegetables, like tomatoes and avocados, and lettuce and spinach!. But I'm not a huge fan of cooked vegetables and I hate eggplant and anything in the sprout or squash family, including zucchini and pumpkins!. : (
Fortunately, there is always a whole world of ways to eat good veggies and get some alternatives!.
My advice is:
1!. Try to "hide" the vegetables in your food, or at least their flavor!. For example, add some diced tomatoes and onions to your pasta sauce or put some raw spinach inside your bean burrito!. The bean and the cheese will probably cover up the flavor of the spinach!.
There's other ways to disguise veggies, like in mashed potatoes, or V8 juices!. Or make homemade pizza with broccoli and other veggies before the cheese, or even a vegetable lasagna!.
2!. Take some supplements while you get used to some veggie flavors!. I recommends this one:
http://zlugo!.qhealthzone!.com/products/pr!.!.!.
It's the one I take!. It has not only vitamins and minerals, but also phytonutrients found in veggies!. And it's all organic, so it' not made out of synthetic Ascorbic acid and stuff like that, but plant extracts!. Read around the product description and you'll see!.
3!. Enjoy fake meats in moderation!. They're pretty yummy, and they'll kill your hunger fast!.
4!. Google recipes!. It's a great source of yummy recipes!. I recommend:
