Moderation is the key! If you eat soy meats, soy milk, and tofu for every meal, of course it could have some consequences!. But say you have a bowl of soy milk and cereal for breakfast and a tofu stir-fry for dinner, then you're okay!. Just make sure not to eat the liberally and not to "overdose" on them!.
This web page pretty much has everything you need to know about the danger of all these soy products and how to avoid them:

So in other words:
"-->Avoid non-organic, genetically-manipulated soy ingredients!. See the following web page for more information: http://www!.soyinfo!.com/haz/gehaz!.shtml!.
-->Avoid heavily-processed soy ingredients such as soy protein isolate, soy protein concentrate, hydrolyzed soy protein, texturized soy protein!. These ingredients are will not provide any significant health benefits and may cause health problems as discussed above!. Instead use traditionally-processed soy products such as miso, tempeh, tofu, natto, and soy milk!.
-->Use soy products ocassionally!. Eating miso soup several times per week and having tempeh or tofu in a dish a couple of time per week is fine!. Use other legumes to get the bulk of your protein!."
In a nutshell: too much of anything is never good!.
Hope I helped! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you are a full grown adult, you can drink, or eat as much as you want!. If you are a young woman, or have children, i would drink it in moderation!. Soy milk for instance contains anywhere from 13,000 to 22,000 higher levels of estrogen than normal milk, which can stunt penis growth, and also does some wierd things to the vagina, but that's only in young children, if you are done with puberty you do not need to worry!. it's fine to eat soy products everyday but only, for example!.!. have the milk on your cereal, and a yoghurt and in tea and stuff!. just use it like you would regular milk and you'll be fine!.
it can only be damaging to you if you have like an absolute LOAD of it, just like with any food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's somewhat trendy for foods to become suspect!. look at the egg, it seems that every other day it is high cholesterol killer, and the other days it's high in vitamin b!.!.!. if you are really concerned, i'd consult a nutritionist, but honestly, chow down!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I heard to much soy can negatively affect a person because of the plant estrogens in soy products and that asian people do not eat as much of it as american doctors/scientists claim!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
