Answers:
Human meat is also called, "Long Pork"!.

We humans share more than a little with pigs!. Our meat is similar, and our heart is also similar enough that they are used in temporary transplants!.

That said, look at the nutritional value of a pig to get the approximate value or a human!. also use pork recipes for any human meat you happen to have in your freezer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think this depends on what part of the body you're talking about!.
It shouldn't be too different from other animals, meaning you'll get protein from muscles, fat from fat, iron from liver, etc!.
Probably can't get too many vitamins or fiber-- that's fruit!.
For some reason I don't think humans would be very nutritious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say ask a cannibal!. I know there are actual recipes for the Marines or Special Forces, not really sure, just heard this second or third hand, to use parts of their own body to graph skin and eat it if necessary, but that's really out there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

According to those in the know, we would be quite similar to Pork in both texture and flavour!. As for nutrients, we'd be full of protein as is all meat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The same as pork!. People and pigs share every chromosome but one!.

BTW: A grain fed hog would be much better for you then a meat fed human!. :-PWww@FoodAQ@Com

it depends if the person eats a balanced meal or not!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

mmm!. Tasty!. i chew my fingers all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
