Don't include eating meat!?!
Cause im vegetarian and i want to lose more weight FAST,

The diets you've researched are probably high-protein plans!. There's a theory that eating extra protein helps to speed up the metabolism and burn extra fat!. But there's no proof of that!.
However, any diet that doesn't provide enough protein is a dangerous one, especially for young people!. So I second Jordan S's recommendation to get plenty of good carbohydrates plus vegetable protein!.
Digame is also right about losing weight!. Most people simply won't lose more than about two pounds per month, no matter what they do!. If you've set your sights higher than that then you're setting yourself up for failure!.

It doesn't matter which diet you are on, losing weight fast is not good!. Exercise and proper eating, then losing 2 lbs per week is more beneficial for a long term commitment to proper weight management!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables!. They should mostly be raw!. Go to the store and buy a variety of tasty veggies and fruits!. also eat nuts,beans,and brown rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
