Fat weight, or muscle!? If you want fat!.!.!.drink milkshakes and soda all day!. Muscle!? Protein; Chicken, beef, etc!. And exercise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any exercise will increase the size of your muscles!. If you want more muscle in your legs then run and climb stairs!. If you want more muscle in your arms and shoulders, then practice juggling with heavy (but safely padded) objects, like bean bags with BBs inside or lead sinkers with rubber bands wrapped around and around!. If you want more chest muscles, do push ups!. If you want back muscles do chin ups!. For your abs, do sit ups and crunches!. So basically all you need to get started is shoes, lead sinkers, rubber bands, and a chin up bar --- plus a lot of determination!.

I went from a 98 pound weakling to a 125 pounds of solid steel, zeal, and appeal in about 2 years on a vegan diet!. It takes dedication!. You must get your mind right, to where your idea of a good time is to do push ups until you cry or puke and then to another 100!. Good luck!.

(PS I am small because I am a woman!. It is 25 years later and I still look and feel great!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ooooh jeez!. I went from 95 to 85 pounds when I went vegan!. My doctor called me anorexic and I did everything I could to put weight back on!. Make sure you have a great protein source!. Nitro Fusion has a great supplement that I like!. I blend it with rice milk, berries, raw sugar and ice!. It has three protein sources, non- whey, and it helped me out!. Aside from that I ate about an avocado everyday!. They are delicious and round out the lack of fat that I had in my diet!. Try that and if those don't help I would seek advice from a physician!. also, give it a month, when you exclude animal from your diet, it's a lot more difficult to gain weight!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If i were you i would stick to healthy foods and eat alot of fruit!.!.( That would be a way to gain weight healthly)

lots of protein- that doesnt mean dig into five million greasy large steaks- it means eat a decent amount of red meat, beans, and leafy greens!. work out daily, eat your fruits and veggies, and you should be fine!. dont stress about it- there really is nothing specific to eat except healthy as long as you work out at least 3 times a week!. You need to exercise the muscles that you want to build!. People think that by eating muscle meat they get muscles but that's wrong!. Look at the biggest meat eaters and they are the fattest!.
Look at the strongest animals in the world and you'll see they are all vegetarians!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken breast and fish is probably the best type of meat to eat!. low in fat, high in protein!.

if you are veg i think it would be pretty hard unless you are a natural athlete, you could try creatine maybe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Enjoy the wholesome goodness carrots provide!. Carrots are full of protein and many other essential nutrients your body needs to maintain and increase weight!.
