Sweet potato fries!. mmm!. Get some frozen hashbrowns, some red bell pepper, onion (red or yellow) and sea salt!. Stovetop it and enjoy!. I've used fresh or frozen and both make for a good, filling start of the day!. Then you'll have veggies to incorporate into the rest of your day!. I also like making sandwiches with veganaise, tomato, avocado, seasoning salt, spinach and red onion!. Think of your favorite veggies and look up recipes or make something up that will allow you flexibility!. I know what it's like - having to spend hard earned money on food and feeling like you're going to have to throw some out because you can't finish it in time!. I used to do that all the time with broccoli, bananas, and onion!. Always keep some canned or frozen produce, you never know when your good supply will be bad :) also, whole foods offers lots of granola/nut mixes!. I buy the flax with strawberry and do breakfast easily some days by just pouring on some rice milk!. yumWww@FoodAQ@Com
