Question: Are apples tht r little brown inside but look great outside ok to eat!?
I recently bought a lot of apples (washington apples) that looked so great and juicy from outside!. But when I tried them, they are a little brownish inside!. can somebody tell the reason and if its ok to use them!. I bought a lot of them and dont want to throw them away!.!.!. yet!.!.!. they taste ok too!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I hope you got a good price for them, they are old apples!. I'd cook with them: pies, applesauce etc!. They are still safe to eat, just cut away the brown part!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
