Answers:
Put some Ovaltine in your milk!. You can also get calcium from cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream or any other dairy product, but if you need to watch your fat intake or your weight, make sure it's nonfat!.

You can also cook with milk!. Make rice pudding or custard or quiche!.

You can also get calcium from nondairy foods (though usually not as much), such as:

* Salmon
* Tofu
* Rhubarb
* Sardines
* Collard greens
* Spinach
* Turnip greens
* Okra
* White beans
* Baked beans
* Broccoli
* Peas
* Brussel sprouts
* Sesame seeds
* Bok choy
