A vegetarian that includes poultry in their diet is called a pollo-vegetarian or pollotarian!. A person that eats a vegetarian diet that includes fish is called a pescetarian!. You would be a pollo-pescetarian!. It's a very healthy diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i'm a diabetic, too (type 1)! going vegetarian helped me, but not so much because of giving up meat!.!.!.!.(obviously meat doesn't have a lot of carbohydrates/sugars) more so because i started eating healthier and instead of eating junk i started to eat more fruits and veggies!. it can be REALLY helpful for keeping your numbers in line, just make sure you're getting a well rounded diet and not surviving on potato chips and soda!.

unfortunately, if you're still eating chicken and fish you're not a vegetarian!. vegetarians don't eat animals, and chicken and fish are animals!.

go completely vegetarian!.!.!.!.it's good for your body! eating meat makes your kidneys have to work much harder than they normally would, and we all know about the trouble that lurks in the future for diabetics who don't take care of their kidneys!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well, if you want to eat chicken and fish, that is your choice!. However, I have been a full vegetarian for 5 years, and I have always looked at it like this!. A cow has a face and blood!. A chicken and a fish have both of these things! If it has these things, I consider it meat and don't eat it!.

I LOVE Morning Star Farm foods!. You can find them in the frozen food department in your local grocery store!. They have "bacon", "sausage",
"hamburgers", "chicken nuggets", and tons more! Even when I ate meat, I used these products and LOVED them! I made "pigs in a blanket" with the "sausage" links and brought them to work, and the hard core meat lovers!.!.!. get this!.!.!.!. LOVED THEM!!! and pigged them down!! It's good for you to! Good Luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eating chicken and fish is ok, but you're not a vegetarian if you do!. Not eating red meat doesn't make you a vegetarian it just means you don't eat red meat!. Sorry, thought that was obvious!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
