This energy is not long lasting and can often be followed by a dip in energy levels resulting in the person feeling tired and lethargic!. Simple carbohydrates are generally not recommended for muscle building or keeping healthy!.

I live in the healthiest country in Europe and there are very few vegetarians here!. The biggest point is of course their diet!. The fat they use is olive oil!. The meat you buy in the shops has very little water in it like you get in the UK!. What you buy is what you get!. The Mediterranean diet is fish, meat, vegetables, rice, garlic, lots of fruit and great wine!. I reckon my diet is the best I can have and I feel good about it!.
