Can you help me figure out a good marinade to use for my vegetarian kebabs?!
They are just going to be Tofurky sausage, and I'm going to broil them since I don't have an outdoor grill!. I'm using the sun dried tomato ones!. I've had these on kebabs before and they are great, but turn out a bit dry, so I wanted to try a marinade or something this time!.
Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
If the problem is dryness, you'll need to add fat, and an acid to help the fat penetrate!.
Olive oil and lemon juice are perfect for something that is already strongly flavored and contains sun dried tomato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
