Answers:

I recently thought about desserts, and learned how to make various types of Halava!.

If you are looking for more traditional meals there are many vegetarian Indian recipes!. But for Christmas, you can roast some vegetables, potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin!. To try and maintain a traditional lunch, you can try and stack some eggplant, stuff some capsicums, or make a roast vegetable pie!. Otherwise you can easily get international and make a good spread!.

The most important thing is presentation, if you want to keep it Christmasy bring it out in stages!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Enjoy the wholesome goodness of my world famous carrot pie:

Reduce heat to 325 degrees F and continue cooking for 45 minutes, or until pie is set!.
Let cool about 10 minutes before serving!.
Piecrust:
Mix flour and salt together in a bowl!.
Cut vegetable shortening into flour until mixture resembles course meal!.
Sprinkle with ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing quickly with a fork after each spoonful!.
Add only enough water so dough holds together and can be formed into a ball!.
Divide dough into 2 equal portions and form each into a smooth ball, handling as little as possible!.
