How to make Vegetarian Lasagna with very less cheese and without baking in oven?!

Question: How to make Vegetarian Lasagna with very less cheese and without baking in oven!?
My husband does not like cheesy and oven baked food!. So I would like to know if there is a way I could make the best tasting lasagna with very minimum cheese and not oven baked!. I love cooking and we are very strict vegetarians!. I can alter any meat recipe into a vegetarian recipe( I meant instead of meat adding vegetables)!. But I have never made a lasagna before!. I checked so many websites for recipes, but all I find is with lots of cheese and baked!. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with meWww@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my recipe: boil the lasagna noodles, slice and fry in olive oil eggplant, fry sliced onions and mushrooms!. I then put one layer of noodles, one of fried eggplant, one of fried onions and mushrooms, one layer of sliced tomatoes, Season then with salt, lemon pepper, garlic, and Italian spices (oregano, thyme) if you like!. I top it with plain yoghurt or sour cream (usually a mixture of both) and I add a sprinkle cheese to the top -- whichever flavor you like best!. I like monterey jack or parmesan!. I usually melt the cheese in the oven, but you don't have to!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's certainly possible to make a cheese-less lasagna, but lasagna is ALWAYS baked!.

try www!.recipezaar!.com for veg lasagna recipes, but you're out of luck on the non-baked thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
