Lmao, easy question about veg. :) ?!
I'm making a quiche tomorrow for my food technology GCSE!. I'm going to put ham, peppers, mushrooms, tomotoes and cheese in it!. It would also be very helpful if you could think of any other ingredients, maybe that is original!? :) Now for my real question!.!.
I was going to chop the vegetables up now so I didn't have to waste time doing it at school!.!. but would they go off / go mouldy or anything!? Or dry up!?
Is it safe to do that!? I know that I have to wrap the ham up in foil but can I just put the others in one of those little plastic food bags!?
Thanks a lot xxWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes put them in baggies - not foil!. You also should put the ham in baggies too!. Nothing will happen if you chop them up now!. (dont use those green bags - what a waste of money)
I love red peppers - are you adding those!? Onions would be nice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can chop them up and wrap them and they will be fine!. If you don't wrap them well they might get a little dry, but they will not go moldy!.
Another veggie you can add is onion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Substitute the ham for spinach and green onions and you're set!. You can chop them at home and take them in a plastic bag!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
