- It's bland!.
- It's high in protein but nearly zero fat!.
- It comes in different textures from super soft (silken) to medium to firm!.
- It works well on cut into think chunks on salads or diced (small or large sized) in soups (particularly Asian soups)!.
- Is pretty tasty pan fried and dipped in a bit of soy sauce/vinegar mixture!. (Just make sure you dry the tofu well before placing into the oil lined pan, otherwise you will have major oil splatter)!.
- It is an acquired taste, in my opinion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it assumes the taste of whatever it's cooked with, so it's easy to use as a substitute!.
