Difference between soy and soya?!
Hi all,
this might be a stupid question but i'm new to being a vegetarian and i've heard the terms soy and soya being mentioned before!. Are these terms used interchangeably, or are they different products!?
If they are different products which one is healthier and why!?
Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
