Answers:
You're missing protein, sweetie!. You need to include beans, nuts, and/or tofu products for a balanced diet!. That might explain the weight loss too - protein is important for muscle mass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd say you're missing carbs (though you mentioned bread)!. However, if you're having vegan bread it may also be using other types of flours/grains that aren't giving you the right amount of carbs you need!. It would explain the rapid weight loss, as lack of carbohydrates sucks the water out of your system (basically you're pulling the vegan equivalent of the Atkins diet)!.

That may also explain the headaches, as your brain is probably lacking in hydration as well!. Try to stay hydrated, and the weight loss should stabilize after a week, though it'll rise again as your carbs go up and your body starts taking on water again!. If you continue to have headaches and rapid weight loss, consult a physician/dietitian, as they'll have more accurate advice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You're not giving your body any protein! I can understand being vegetarian but I think we need at least some of the fat and the protein from animal products!. If you're really serious about staying vegan, go to the store and get supplements!. Find things that are higher in fat too, like nuts!. You shouldn't be losing weight like that!. I highly suggest going and talking to a doctor though so they can give you more medically correct advice!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

please eat meat or go back to vegetarianism at least!. animals are not as tortured and mistreated as the media suggests!. it is over exagerated in most parts and it mostly happens in 3rd world countries or remote western areas!. where you live the animals need to be taken care of before they are killed because if they panic their meat becomes tense and hard which isn't good for business which is why they need to be taken care of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure you're taking a multi-vitamin! I know it's hard to find a vegan multi-vitamin since most use gelatin in the actual pill, but there are some out there!. Most likely from a lack of B12!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Proteins and Fat!. Go back to being a vegetarian!. Look for small farm markets and more organic milk, it will help you a lot and eat protein rich foods!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

you're not eating enough calories!. make sure you eat lots of soy products!.

answer mine!? http://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index;!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like you're missing protein!. Add some beans, nuts and tofu to your dietWww@FoodAQ@Com
