Hell yeah its great for you!. Vegans and veggies eat it because its a meat substitute!. Im a veggie so i know a bit about it!. Its made out of some kind of mushroom or fungai, never really got in to researching it but because of that its got lots of protien in it, just like meat!. Enjoy eating it!. Its yummy!

It's good as long as you're not vegan!.
I sure wish Quorn would make a vegan version of their roll that you put in the oven!. It would nice to have another vegan choice for "comfort food" type meals!.
