Oh, I'm 15 and I'm planning to make it all on my own!.!. maybe with the help of my 10 year old brother!.!. >_>!.!. well, 10 this year!. 9 now!. :)

A butternut squash soup is easy to make and festive!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 large cauliflower (trimmed and cut into bite size pieces)
16 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed
1-2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil, adding more to taste
more olive oil, to drizzle if wanted
Directions
1Mix oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic together!.
2Toss in cauliflower and place in a large casserole dish in one layer!.
3Roast in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes; give a toss and bake for 10 more minutes

mushroom pumpkin soup!!!
delicioussss--

sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp!. olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp!. flour
1 can (1 lb!.) pumpkin
1/2 oz peanuts or almonds !!!
dash nutmeg
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cup soy milk


Sautée mushrooms and onion in oil!. Add flour and
stir!. Add pumkim can heat for 2-3 minutes and cook, stirring,
for 10 - 15 minutes!. Add milk and heat through without boiling!.
May top with sour cream (optional--
