They sell tofu at my grocery store?!
And im not sure if its soft or what kind it is but it comes in a little box!. How would i prepare it!? Ive tried it just like that fresh outta the box, and it was like eating flavorless gelatin!. Some places make it look so good, how can i prepare it if i buy it!?

You are probably getting silken tofu which is great for pudding and pie fillings and soft preparations!. Tofu on it's own is pretty flavorless which is nice because you can turn it into whatever you want it too taste like!. Marinating tofu is great and then baking it or frying it is also great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
First- tofu will take on the flavor of whatever you cook it with, so the secret is the marinade!. Soy sauce, ginger and sesame are good!.

You can fry it with soy sauce and vegetables!. Tofu has no taste, but it absorbs the taste of whatever you cook it with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
