You have to give meat up!. Thats why people become vegetarians because they think it is cruel to eat meat!. Some people that are still eat fish!. But to me I think that is still meat because I didn't eat it when I was one!. Usually vegetarians do eat more vegetables and fruit to stay healthy!. But its mostly you have to not eat meat!. I know everything about being a vegetarian because I was one for 2 years then I stopped for a little while and now I am again!. So if you have anymore questions you can ask me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A vegetarian, by definition is, "a person who does not eat or does not believe in eating meat, fish, fowl, or, in some cases, any food derived from animals, as eggs or cheese, but subsists on vegetables, fruits, nuts, grain, etc!."!. So yes, if you want to be a vegetarian you must give up meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't give up all meat!. Some is very pleasurable!. I couldn't be a vegetarian!. I like my steaks!. If you become a vegetarian you have to give up meat by the way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It means you have to learn to get a balanced diet without meat!. In other words the right mix of beans and grains for protein!. It is easier if you still eat dairy products!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
