For a vegetarian, it's easy!. Have to be a bit more creative for a vegan, but it's still quite possible!.

Beans!. Dairy!. Cottage cheese has a ton!. so does ricotta!. all the meat substitutes-boca, morningstar,gardenburger, etc have a ton!. Start reading labels!. if you're really worried about it, you can add a protein drink (eas, some slimfast!. gnc has some, although they're pretty pricey)!. eggs and cheese!. milk!. even things you wouldn't think, like mashed potatoes do, and throughout the day, the little bits really add up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Foods like eggs, milk, spinach, soybean, quinoa, whole grains, rice, beans, legumes, corn, oats, peas and peanut butter are good sources of high protein foods!.

I know your problem, I'm a vegetarian too!. You should also get some sort of vegetarian vitamins, I'm sure they make something for protein!. I wish you luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you eating plenty of dark green veggies, and fruits too!
also beans, cereal, grains, wheat, seeds, sprouts!? If you are then you are getting all you need!Www@FoodAQ@Com

To include more protien in your diet, you can eat things sucha as tofu (also known as bean-curd), beans, eggs (if you eat them)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tofu, almonds, walnuts!. Some people avoid peanuts because of the cancer causing mold that occurs in some countries!.
Add eggs occasionally if you wish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tofu has a very good source of protein !.!.i think its even higher than meat!.!.takes a little to get use to but can actually be tasty once you get the hang of cooking itWww@FoodAQ@Com
