My soy milk has thickened? ?!
I got it about a week ago and it smells and tasts fine!. Has this ever happened to you!? There's only about 10oz left so I'll probably bake with it to be safe!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

There is nothing worng with it, I have strawberry in the frig for at least 7-10 days and it is fine, do not listen to the morons in this section, they are all non vegetarian atheists, I have been drinking it for 20 years, I get mine from the grocery store here in Toronto Canada and in Chinatown fresher and not as processed, a bit stronger but high in vitamins, minerals and iron, soay milk will tell you when it goes bad, believe me it will be more than you can stand aroma wise, and the soyabeans used for products here (US & Canada) are not from China!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You are supposed to use soymilk within 7 days, so you should use it immediately if you're going to use it!. I would either use it for baking or throw it out, just to be safe!. You should pour it slowly though because soy milk does coagulate and get chunks in the bottom that you won't want to eat, it's pretty gross!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
