Raw foodists : if I don't soak the walnuts am I missing out?!
I have a recipe that calls for unsoaked walnuts (it's a dessert, and it will stick better dry and unsoaked) but I am used to soaking my nuts!.

Enzyme inhibitors are present in all nuts and seeds!.
If you want to neutralize them while staying true to the recipe, just soak the walnuts, then dehydrate them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have "forgotten" to pre-soak nuts, used them anyway & the recipe turned out fine!. I understand soaking does release their full nutrients compared to not soaked!. Kind of a early sprouting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
