I'm a vegetarian!.

"Humans were designed to eat meat!."
Fact: Human anatomy suggests otherwise!. We're designed to be able to eat meat occasionally, as a survival mechanism, but our digestive systems are similar to those of the other plant-eaters and totally unlike those of carnivores!. also, the less meat someone eats, the less their risk of just about every major disease!. Finally, people who don't eat meat have better physical performance, whether they're athletes or not!.

"All vegetarians are animal-rights activists!."
No!. Not at all!. A lot of people are vegetarians for health purposes!.

"Vegetarians don't get enough protein!."
False- People used to say this all the time, but now with research these days, veggie's can get ton!. Unless you're a vegetarian who doesn't know anything about vegetarianism and didn't bother researching anything, you could not be getting enough!.
