How does being vegan help the economy?!! Help?!
O!.k!. so I have tried finding information, specifically reliable statistics about being vegan compared to a non vegan lifestyle!. Yes, that may be lame, but that's all I can find!.!.!.I'm stuck because McDonalds makes a lot of money and gives back money for those sick children in the Ronald McDonald house!. Basically, I need good statistics a!.s!.a!.p, do any of you know good websites!? Can't find any!.!.!.:( Thanks, answers are appreciated!. :)

It hurts the economy in the long run!. So it doesn't help it!. The price of vegetables are actually higher due to inflation from the poor economy!. Using McDonalds as an argument doesn't hold much weight!. Not all non-vegan people eat at Mcdonalds!. Personally, I don't eat there ever!. I buy meats and prepare them at home!. Or if I am going out to eat I don't go to fast food places!. Being vegan or non vegan doesn't help the economy because if you aren't buying one product you are buying the other!. It is actually worse if you think about it, because people won't be buying meat, but only vegetables, while the other non-vegan population buys both!. That would reduce the cost and demand for meat, hence hurting the meat market!. The meat market is a major part of the US economy!. People who buy both vegetables AND meats keep a balance!.
