Answers:
you could make quesidillas with just cheese and veggies, or a bean cheese and rice burrito, or mac n cheese, or avacado sandwiches, or grilled cheese sandwiches or pasta with no meatWww@FoodAQ@Com

Ok, I'm a teenage vegetarian, and one of the things I don't like is when someone makes a big deal about it!. Its really no big deal, especially at a sleepover!. As long as she's not vegan, a cheese pizza is perfectly fine!. Chips, cookies, and popcorn are good snacks!. Actually, a really fun idea would be to have the girls make the pizza themselves!.
If you really want to cook a meal, dont cook it with any meat!. If you make pasta with meat in the sauce, she's not going to pick the meat out; she just wont eat it!. But you could make alfredo pasta, or veggie (fake chicken) nuggets, grilled cheese sandwiches, baked potatos, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh there are tons of things you can throw together!. You can make a vegetable and rice stir-fry, spaghetti with tomato sauce, fun little finger sandwiches (peanut butter and sugar free preserves; roasted pepper hummus; avocado, tomato, pepper, and onion), Vegetable soup or chili with crackers, bean, soy, or veggie burgers with cheese, make sure it's rennet free, onions, and mushrooms, or just cook meal you normally cook and replace the meat with beans!. If all else fails, there's always vegetable pizza :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

at walmart in produce section for 2!.58 they have Little veggie trays w ranch dip

or broccoli /tomato/peas in another I would buy a couple of those for snacks!.

rice and veggies!?
pasta and tomato sauce!.
Nuts!?pistachios
is she vegan or vegetarian!?
cheese pizza!.!.!?we buy different types of cheese and crackers and snack on at night!?
donuts for breakfast a the local crispy kream!.

Here's some great ideas that should open up your dinner plans!.!.!.!.

1!. Pasta!. Maybe some chicken alfredo or your own signature pasta!. Instead of adding beef or chicken, saute some green pepper, onions, mushrooms, whatever and them add some plain sauce to it!.

NOTE: you cannot feed her anything and just have her 'pick it out' there are juices and proteins in there that could make her very sick!. Ask her before you add any cheese!.

2!. Garden burgers and tofu dogs if you are grilling out!.!.!. again you'll have to use separate utensils to cook the food!.

3!. Veggie stirfry over rice!.!.!. Cook the meat separately and add it after she gets her plate made

4!. Make fruit smoothies for breakfast!

My favorite!.!.!.!.

5!. Make your own Mexican night!.!.!.!. Lay out all the ingredients for making your own tapas, tacos or burrito!. Have somethings for the meet eaters too but some cheese and bean dip, fresh salsa, and veggies will impress everyone!! Don't forget the guac! Sweet potato burritos are my favorite!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make meatless chili,a meatless lasagna (use a recipe without eggs if she doesn't eat eggs) or pasta in a pesto sauce!. If the rest of the family can't do without meat for a night then serve chicken cutlets on the side!. Or simply have a make your own pizza station where everyone can add what they like to small personal pizzas You should simply get the girls number and call her!. Don't be afraid to say "Hi Sue this is Beth's mom!. She told me that you're a vegetarian, and so that you can enjoy dinner with us, I'd just like to double check what you'll be able to eat!." That's when she'll tell you if she eats eggs, is lactose intolerant, has any allergies, ect!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Kids usually like simple things!. I would go for proven kid pleasers, such as pasta with spaghetti sauce, pasta with olive oil and steamed veggies mixed in, pizza(if she eats cheese), mac and cheese(again if she eats cheese), ziti, tacos without the meat(use beans/rice instead)!.

I would have your daughter call her friend and ask what she likes to eat!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Veggie stir fry over rice!. Spaghitti (sans meatballs of course) pizza!. Burritos (make your own can be fun - you can have meat for you and beans for her) Grilled cheese and tomato soup!.

You're a kind and considerate person to worry like this! My general thought is that I'm the one who chose to be veggie, so I deal with it!. Generally there is enough food anywhere without worrying!.

If she is only vegetarian,
make good old pasta and cheeze,
and lots and lots of veggies!.

http://www!.commongroundgrocery!.com/recip!.!.!.

I use ordinary spaghetti!.

Like the pizza idea!. You could make it into a cooking activity!.
Get some plain bases, and have vege toppings and meaty toppings!. That way everyone is happy!. 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas or whatever!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you don't know what to make, then order pizza!. wait until she comes over and then ask her what she likes on her own pizza!. that way yoo and your family can enjoy something meaty and she can enjoy a meal without feeling like she put you out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ask your daughter's friend what she eats!. Maybe you can get go out shopping together with the girls and make dinner as a team while learning how to make something new!. If not, how bout a veggie soup and some rolls!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

pizza or spaghetti and salad!.

For protein, have beans as a side dish!.

also, usually if they are vegetarians, they are totally against it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could order a veggie pizza, but have your daughter call her first to make sure she eats dairy products!. Since your daughter invited her, it's her responsibility to find out what she eats!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's really not that hard!. Just make pasta and then let everyone decide what kind of sauce they want to use!. Or tacos or something where you can prepare what you want on it!. KD works too if she`s not a vegan :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make whatever you want for an entree and just have some good vegetable side dishes and salad to go with it!. That way, everybody can be happy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Order pizzas or make some! Make sure you get a cheese 1 just for her!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

a vegetable cheese casseroleWww@FoodAQ@Com
