I dont like nuts :( what other options do i have?!
ive been vegetarian for a couple of months
i have never liked eating any kind of nuts, and now i feel like im forced to have them cuz i need some kind of protein intake of course!.!.!. but i cant stand them! ive tried but i just cant keep doing it :,(

Don't fill up on carbs to replace the lack of protien you've been getting!.
Try to add these into your diet everyday:
-Beans
-Soy (tofu, fake meat, etc)
-Dairy

tofu, beans, morningstar pizza veggie burgers are good, yogurt, luna bars are really good! they have ten grams a piece, they have protein bars too that have 20, beans, and whole grains, whole grain pasta has like 10 grams for a cup!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try seeds: pumpkin, sunflower, hemp (they have omeg-3 also), pistachios, lentils, and oats!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
