Super cheap, easy vegetarian meals?!
Right now I'm doing a lot of pasta with tomato or white sauce, rice, vegetables, eggs goldenrod and fried egg sandwiches!. I'm looking for super cheap meals to make from scratch!. Just to get all of the basics it cost $80 today! That's not including any pre-made heat up meals it was really just sugar, flour, soymilk, etc!. What are good recipes you have!? My boyfriend is a pescatarian and I'm allergic to lots of seafood so we actually will eat tuna once in a while at home, just canned!. So canned tuna recipes will be ok too!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water
2 large wholesome carrots, shredded
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely minced
10 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
salt & freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Directions
1Drain tuna!.
2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl - feel free to add more or less mayonnaise to suit your tastes!.
3Use to top salads to make a healthy lunch or dinner, or between your favorite sliced bread for a hearty, healthy sandwich!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

buy a giant bag of black beans and cook them yourself!. they will get you through alot of meals, and they have alot of fiber and protein too, and phytochemicals!. you should try eating more whole grains like quinoa, they have alot more protein and fiber than the refined grains, and aren't more expensive!. Just try to buy in bulk the basics like rice and stuff that doesn't go bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well you can make fettucine alfredo, I'm not sure if you will like it!.

i eat a lot of fruit salad, i usually make a huge bowl of it and it usually lasts me a couple of days!. and its easy to make and oh so delicious!.
also for desert put some soy ice cream on top makes an easy delicious desert!.
