Answers:
What is it made of, nuts and bolts!? LMAO!.

Seriously though, probably in some ways it might contribute to your overall slimmer appearance!. After all it's probably all plant based, full of dried fruit and nuts, am I right!?

Nuts are great for you in general!. I read a study recently that said people that ate an ounce of almonds every day weighed less than those that didn't eat the almonds, even if they were consuming more calories in general!. They're full of fiber, protein and good fat!. They nourish you and are absolutely great when combined with exercise!. I know a lot of runners that chow down on a nut-heavy trail mix and they're lean and sculpted looking!.

If you really overdo it with trail mix, to where you're eating way more calories than you need (after all, a small handful can have 200 calories or more) you'll probably start to gain weight!. Weight loss isn't just credited to the food you eat but HOW much food you eat!.

I'm assuming the trail mix is being eaten in place of unhealthy snacks, and that it keeps you full and energized so you're not turning to chips or having huge dinners or eating out!. If that's the case, you've replaced empty calories with trail mix and you're probably reaping the benefits!.

P!.S!. As for going to the bathroom more, it's most likely the fiber in the trail mix, it's probably not going to the restroom that is making you lose weight unless you have diarrhea (and that's water weight and it hurts you more than it helps)!. If you're going constantly you might be allergic to something in the trail mix!.
