What am i supposed to eat?!


Question: What am i supposed to eat!?
I'm a vegetarian and my blood type is 0!. I read somewhere that according to the blood type diet, i should eat a lot of meat!. i don't intend to lose weight!. it's just that i feel weird (like sleepy, tired, lazy, weak) and i think it has something to do with the things i eat ( cheese, milk, eggs, veggies, lots of rice, fruits)!. I also read that i'm not supposed to eat cereals, beans, eggplants, rice and the problem is that i eat a lot of these!.!.!. I DO NOT intend to eat meat ever again (no fish or seafood either) so could anyone help me figure this out!? I wish i could find some sort of a doctor that can treat stuff both phisically and spiritually (energetically speaking - no religion matters here)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The blood type diet is junk science; he offers very little scientific evidence and relies on anecdote!.

If you've read Peter D'Adamo's book, you'll know that; you must have also noticed how he covers his back by saying that individual variations still occur within blood types and that you shouldn't expect all of his recommendations to apply to you!.

Be a vegetarian if that's what you want to do, but whatever you decide don't base it on that piece of quackeryWww@FoodAQ@Com

You should take some pills , like amino acids or some kind of vitamins you can find many at Trader Joes :)

You need amino acids in your diet!. Not only should you have some amino acids , you need all that are necessary to build muscels and tissue!. Simply speaking amino acids is protien!. Therefore, since you donot eat meat , a complete source of amino acids is needed in your diet!.You should each a combination of beans, legumes and unprocessed rice!. In addition, I would consult with a nutritionist or a physician!. Finally, with all due respects, it appears you have been given incorrect information in the past!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
