I eat a whole lot but i still..?!


Question: I eat a whole lot but i still!.!.!?
cant seem to gain weight! i guess i have fast motabolism
but do you know how to gain weight in the arms and legs area!?

I am a hard gainer, meaning it's difficult for me to gain weight!. If you want to gain weight and you have a quick metabolism, the only sound way is to weight lift!. I am not talking about Arnold Schwarznegger muscular, but I am talking about having a sensible workout routine that works for your body and lifestyle!. Everyone is a snowflake (everyone's situation is different)!.
Since I am a hard gainer, I lift weights!. I am pushing forty and have always had a quick metabolism!. Takes nothing for me to lose five or ten pounds, but to gain an ounce!? Forget about it!. I have to lift weights to do that!.
also, you want to incorporated cardio exercises into your routine, but not nearly as much as an average- or easy-gainer!. I usually do about 10 to 15 mins of cardio, but you may be different!. Check with your health care professional!.

I don't know why you would want to gain weight!! Being under weight or on it is better in my opinion!. If you do want to gain weight, for some crazy reason, at least make sure that you do it in a smart way! People believe eating junk food, and fat foods and a ton of sweets is the way to gain weight!. It is, but that is extremely unhealthy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is pretty much impossible to eat and transfer the fat to a set part of the body- BUT if you'd like to gain weight in you legs and arms the best (and only way unless you wanna gain weight everywhere) is to build muscle mass! lift weights, jog- those types of things! im not really sure how to specifically gain weight in one area!.

but i know when i first became vegetarian and i was loosing loads of weight and looking a little frail!.!.!.

so i started taking a b-12 vitamin
and eating at least 1 big soy product for lunch and supper!.

i slowly gaining my weight back!.
and i had more color!.!.!.


i dont know if this will help!.

Just eating isn't going to bulk up your arms and legs!. You need an exercise program to do this!. A program that involves walking and lifting weights will do this for you!. If your still in school have a talk with your PE teacher!. If your out of school visit a Gym to get advice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
