How can I keep motivated to stay vegan?!
I used to be a strict vegan but over the past couple of years I've kind of given up!.!.!.I want to go back to being vegan because it's much healthier (and I feel better)!. Thing is Im not a great cook so end up buying quick meals, lunches, junk food etc!. How can I stay motivated to following this lifestyle again and get all the nutrients I need!? Any tips or advice would be much appreciated :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

They have a tiny cookbook with all kinds of awesome, easy recipes(I recommend the carrot cake)!. If you can cook whenever you crave some food you used to love, it will make you feel that maybe being vegan isn't hard!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a strict vegan but i know how you feel, because sometimes its really hard to go out and do anything in life without having to think about what i'm buying or using
but everytime i think like this, i just have to remind myself why i'm a vegan again, for the animals and for their welfare!. I have kind of given up on caring for myself because i love animals more!.
But if you are not doing it for the animals, then remember that being a vegan is one of the healthiest diets out there and its been proven, but this is only with a balanced diet
you can get nutrients from anywhere, any vegetables, soya protein, soy milk and tofu and seeds
as you have been a strict vegan before you will know that there are practically vegan alternatives for everywhere non vegan food out there, so whenever you are craving or feel like you cant stay vegan then you can just have these foods and remind yourself that its not that bad after all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you cant stay a vegan and you realy want to why dont you think about the animals suffering and why not look in a recipie book showing nice quik ways of making deliouse vegan food!. Have you tried 'pakoras' they are an asian delecy and they are completly vegeterian im not sure about vegan!. Look it up hope i helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Oh good luck -Milking cows do have a horrendous time and I believe you're doing the right thing but it does take discipline!. It may be that you're struggling to motivate yourself because you are deficient in something - make a big old vegan feast with a variety of proteins, vitamins and minerals - see how that works!.

Look for vegan frozen dinners!. Amy's enchilada's are AMAZING! and just find replacements!. Soy milk and what not!. There should be vegan "junk" food if you look for it and if you find an organic store they generally have a good vegan selection!. And if you want something really quick and yummy cliffs bars are amazing and they're vegan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It might be worth joining a vegan forum online - there are loads, or your local veggie/vegan group (if there is one near you)!.
You can get quick and easy meal ideas from them, rant about general vegan annoyances, get advice on nutrition, what other people are doing etc!.!.!.
I don't think I could cope without other vegans around me- luckily my whole office is vegan!
And it's good, cos you hear about new products that are out, and speaking to other vegans keeps the reasons you became vegan fresh in your mind!.

If feeling better is not motivation enough for you then its probably not meant to be!. Being vegan is not healtheir unless you are very active in making sure you get all your nutrients and it sounds like you don't want to do that much work or put that much effort into being vegan!. Just practice moderation and always choose the healthy option when you have a choice!. chicken, or fish grilled or broiled!. veggies and fruit!. you will be fine if you eat a balanced meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
