Are cooked apples any less nutritious than raw ones?!

Question: Are cooked apples any less nutritious than raw ones!?
I cook them with cinnamon only--no sugar or artificial sweetener--so am only interested in knowing if any of the nutrients disappear in the cooking process!. (I don't care for raw apples, but try to eat them anyway)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
The two at the top are right!. More importantly, you lose the fiber!. Raw apples are rich in fiber!. You don't lose all of the vitamins and minerals though!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, you loose SOME vitamins and other ingredients

the advantage is its been proven that your body can't consume many of the raw materials and can't get at a large portion of the vitamins/minerals and such, and that cooking breaks down the cell walls MUCH more than our bodies can, which gives us access to more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah, they are, some of the nutrients combine and oxide and stuff, still better than other crapWww@FoodAQ@Com

yes!. All the enzymes get destroyed!. Some of the vitamins get distroyed as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
