Question: Exactly how much soy protein is bad to intake in one day!?
I'm sure everyone has heard all the bulletins about how soy protein isn't good for you because of the high estrogen levels etc!.!.!.but, I haven't found an exact number!?

I am a firm believer that too much protein of any sort is bad for you, so!.!.!.exactly how much soy protein is bad for you!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
