1!.Hummus, sprouts and lettuce on a pita
This is a total stereotypical vegan lunch, but its totally awesome!. Take a knife spread the hummus on one side of the pita, then put lettuce on top of the hummus and then add the sprouts and fold like a taco!. You get all the food groups and some protien with this - the fruits

2!. Fakin bakin blt
Go to a health food store and pick up some vegan mayo, fakin bacon (light life, boca, or some other brand) or some tempeh bacon (my favorite), some lettuce(good green leafy kind) and obviously some tomato!.
Fry up(or microwave if you have to) the bacon, toast your bread, and combine, and be pumped on a rad lunch

3!. Cold vegan pizza
Learn how to make some bomb vegan pizza!. Throw it in your lunch box cold

heres an easy recipe for pizza bread from peta 2

2 large loaves Italian bread
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 packs soy pepperoni
6 oz!. shredded vegan mozzarella soy cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F!. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and set the top halves aside!. Pour and spread the oil evenly onto both bottom halves, then spread the sauce evenly over the oil!. Next add a layer of “pepperoni” and finish by sprinkling the soy cheese on top!. Put the top halves back on the bread, wrap with foil, and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until soy cheese is melted!.

4!. PBNJ
Im sure you could have figured this out yourself, but everyone including peter griffin from family guy loves penut butter and jelly time !
