You're supposed to combine carbs and protien after working out, so that is pretty good!. also try things like peanut butter sandwiches and banana and peanut butter!. also try drinking a (healthy) smoothie or shake, because those are easy to digest!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
good for what!? working out!? probably not, you really need to eat as much protein as possible within 30 mins of a workout if the goal is to bulk up, if you are just trying to get toned then it is probably good though!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
