Answers:
As long as you eat a healthy varied diet and exercise you should have no problem loosing weight!. Carbs are a very important part of any healthy diet - among other things your brain needs them to function!! Please do some research before considering any of the current fad "low-carb" diets as extreme versions will put your body into ketosis: a physiological state associated with chronic starvation!.

That said, refined/processed carbs such as white bread, white sugar etc are not that good for you and can make it harder to loose weight!. Especially as they are broken down quickly, making you feel hungry sooner after you have eaten!.

Do eat and enjoy carbs, but if you are very concerned about weight loss/health try to include some wholewheat pastas/bread etc whenever you can!.

It's all a question of quantity!.The above is very low in fat but high in carbs!.A good diet should be balanced !.So in small doses semolina, pasta and oats are fine just mix it with bigger portions of vegetables and salads!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. You probably want either a low carb, gluten free, or whole wheat pasta!. Taste it to see if you like it before buying large amounts of the stuff!. The reason you hear about semolina is that it is imported from Italy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well no!.!.!.however if your going to do a hectic work out everyday the pasta and oast are good for energry!.

Keep in mind!.!.!.all things in moderationWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's not the right choice to lose weight!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
