Answers:
2 tbsp cornstarch = 1 egg
2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg!.
1 banana = 1 egg in cakes!.
1 tbsp milled flax seed and 3 tbsp water = 1 egg!. Light, fluffy cakesWww@FoodAQ@Com

You can use a quarter cup of applesauce or half of a mashed banana in place of each egg!. Eggs also act as a levening agent, though, so you might want to add a quarter teaspoon of baking powder unless you like your brownies thick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are a lot f things you can use!. For example,

Egg substitute which you can purchase in your grocery stores

Banana-Adds the same consistency of eggs

Applesauce-Adds the moisture that the egg has and consistency

I made brownies and fairy cakes with this!. And quiche (although it wasn't a total success)
