Answers:
You can eat eggs!
Tofu is an excellent source of vitamins!.
Kale Greens and Veggie burgers are some of my favorites and they supply a lot of vitamins and protein!.
Try taking a multivitamin daily if you don't get your daily value!.
No, you absolutely can not eat chicken!. Vegetarians never eat chicken the only "vegetarians" that eat chicken are not true vegetarians!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beans are a great, versatile substitute for a lot of the protein you'd be missing from meat!. You don't need to give up eggs unless you want to!.

You can occasionally eat chicken and fish, but you won't be a vegetarian!.

Everyone needs vitamins, but you won't need to take any extra if you keep a balanced diet and lay off the junk food!. That mess won't do you any good, vegetarian or not!.

A cheetah is stronger than a bunny, true!. But I've yet to meet the cheetah that could take down an elephant!. Those dudes are strong!. It varies, as with humans!. This depends on how much exercise you get!. People that are omnivores aren't necessarily any stronger or weaker than folks that keep vegetarian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"also, do you believe that a herbivore is not as strong as carnivores!?
Because if you thing about it, gentle animals like elephants and rabbits eat plants while something like cheetah or lion eat raw meat!."
Certainly not!. Hippopotamuses kill more people than lions, and are considered to be the most dangerous animal in Africa!. They are testy, unpredictable, and unafraid of humans!. They are certainly killers, and probably run faster than you at 18mph!. Elephants, as well, are not gentle animals!. They can and do kill other animals and humans, including the trained ones!. Rabbits do attack, but because they are so much smaller, they do a lot less damage than their heavier counterparts!. The only reason you associate carnivores with being cruel or aggressive is simply because they must kill other animals to survive!. However, their temperament all varies!.!.!.and that temperament is where the killer lies!.

"The Dangerous Hippo" article in Science Digest had this to say: "Nearly all of the famous African explorers and hunters--Livingstone, Stanley, Burton, Selous, Speke, DuChaillu--had boating mishaps with hippos!. All considered the hippo to be a wantonly malicious beast!. Not long ago Spencer Tyron, a white hunter, was killed while hunting near the shores of Lake Rukwa, Tanzania!. A bull hippo turned over the dugout canoe from which Tyron was shooting, and bit off his head and shoulders!." That doesn't exactly sound like a sweetie pie to me!!
