I'm thinking about going vegan, but I don't know if I want to be like a full vegetarian. ?!

Well you can be a psecatarian (Don't know the spelling!.) and stop eating all red meat and chicken and onyl eat fish!. (plus dairy and eggs)

Confusing question, since being vegan is where you don't eat any animal meat or animal by products either and being vegetarian in most cases people eat eggs, cheese, drink cows milk, and other animal by products!. It's a process that isn't easy, but who would expect it to be after a lifetime of a unhealthy meat eating diet!. Yet over time you'll find it becomes much easier and you'll come to a point where you won't even want to have anything related to meat!. I still have times where I'll have cheese but not often!. I found it easiest by eliminating a few things at a time!. I gave up red meat a while ago, even before I thought about being a vegan, then pork was easy also because once you find out what's actually in pork meat you wouldn't want to eat it either, although bacon was the last pork product that I gave up!. Do research on sites like http://www!.goveg!.com/ and I'm sure a lot others are out there also!. also watching the Documentary "Earthlings" will help open your eyes to some of the truth!. But I have to say it's very difficult to watch!. I recommend that everyone see it though, even if only a little at a time!. I posted a link below!. Please watch!

A Vegan eats no meat, fish, poultry, seafood, dairy, eggs, honey, or any thing derived from an animal!. A vegan also eliminates all animal products from their clothing, furniture, and daily life!.
Start slow: There are plenty of vegetarian recipes online!. There are also groups willing to send you free vegetarian starter kits!. Decide why you want to be vegetarian!. If it is a good reason, you'll find the strength and courage to go through with your decision!.
You save more earth ozone with a vegetarian diet than by driving a hybrid!.
You can save 195 animals a year by following a vegetarian diet!.
You can become healthier by eliminating the toxic hormones of meat and dairy from your diet!.

My brother surprised us one day over the phone 4 years ago and said im going to be vegeterian !. it surprised us all because my parents most of the time never ate meat and he suddenley became vegeterian at 18 years old and still my brother is still a complete vegeterian!. it just matters if your hearts into it Www@FoodAQ@Com
You have it backwards!.!.!. vegetarians don't eat meat, vegans don't eat any animal products like meat, dairy and egg!. Maybe try just being vegetarian first, and then when you get used to it, try going vegan!. But it's up to you, do what you want!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vegan is the most strictest of them all, vegetarians will eat fish, eggs, milk, cheese, yoghurt and sometimes chicken, but vegans don't eat any product or by product of animals not even oil like lard etc!., has to be vegetable or olive oil, so if you want to be a vegan this will be quite difficult to sustain unless you are truly determined, some vegetarians do have pretend meat ocassionly there are vegetarian sausages etc out there if you like, hope this explains the difference between the two one is quite relaxed and the other is quite strict, goodluck! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Is this for health reasons or for your love of animals!? If it's for health purposes try to clean your whole diet up bit by bit!.

* removing all soft drinks, store bought juices, caffeine and cordials!. * Cut out all processed foods - chips, cookies, slices!. Anything that comes out of a box or packet should be cleaned out of the house!. * Next step is start making your own foods!. Homemade cookies, mayo, hommus, sauces
The only things in your house should be fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, grains, meats, fish and organic dairy (never low fat) and things you made yourself - homemade cookies etc!.!.!. Once you have reached this level and you still feel to cut out meat give it a go!. Until you can adopt this lifestyle though then it's no use cutting meat out - you'll make yourself sick!. To be a healthy vegetarian you need a PERFECT clean diet or you'll end up with deficiencies!. You need to learn about proteins and balance them perfectly!. Knowing how to mix grains to get perfect protein mixes - always soaking them for minimum 12 hours too!!
