Are salad dressings considered "raw"?!

Question: Are salad dressings considered "raw"!?
Could a raw veg@n use regular old salad dressings from a supermarket!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I don't know of any salad dressings from a regular supermarket that would be considered raw!. I haven't even seen raw dressings at natural grocers!. Raw foodists generally make their own!. One of my favorites is the hemp dressing in "Raw Revolution Diet" by Cherie Soria!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say, that depends on the dressing!. Check the label carefully!. If there are anchovies, then do not buy it!.
Anyway, raw eating is a healthy thing, and salad dressings aren't! Why don't you make your own dressing!? Just mix lemon juice and olive oil and parley/black pepper!. And, if you are a vegan, the commercial dressings will include for sure dairy products, so they are not really recommended for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wouldnt! heres some recipes:
Pinenut Basil Dressing
1 cup pine nuts soaked overnight
1 cup filtered water
2 cups fresh basil
1 Tablespoons Nama Soy
1!. Blend soaked pine nuts in a food processor with basil, water, and soy until creamy
--------------------------------------!.!.!.
Zesty Dressing for salads
Mix together equal parts lemon juice, orange juice and lime juice!.
Add fresh minced garlic
fresh dill and your favorite salad herbs
pinch of celtic salt
(can blend in avocado or olive oil if desired)
Chill to blend flavors
Serve over tossed salad
-----------------------------------
Jazzy Tahini Dressing
Dressing:

3/4 cup sesame seeds soaked (3 hours); blend along with soak water until fairly smooth!.

Mix together with:
juice of 1 lemon
garlic to your taste
tbsp!. or so ginger powder
1/2 cup olive oil
maple syrup
about 1/4 cup apple juice

I wouldn't think it is!.!.!. because doesn't raw usually mean unprocessed!? No additives!? etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

vegtarians eat fish!. if you don't, then don't eat it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
