well im not sure about clothing!. i would like to know that also!. but as far as vegan products i know wegmons has some good onesWww@FoodAQ@Com
I would imagine that any clothing material which doesn't consist of wool, silk, leather, suede, sheepskin, snakeskin, fur, mohair, alpaca, etc!. would be ok!.
That still leaves plenty of scope - cotton, linen (flax), hemp, nettle, jute, sisal, bamboo, rubber, latex, nylon, rayon, acrylic, polyester, microfibre, plastic, metal and so on!. You just need to read the labels to see what they're made from!. As far as I know, clothing is not tested on animals!.
As for the other products, I can't comment on whether the companies test on animals!. I'm sure that there are websites which list them though!.
As for your last question, concerning the vitamins - I've been a vegetarian for a third of a century so far and haven't taken vitamin or mineral supplements for many years!. I'd much rather be in a position to get all my nutrients from my food and drink!. That's just a matter of doing the research!. Find out what nutrients you need, then find out which foods of a vegetarian nature are the best sources of those nutrients!. Research, plan, shop, cook, eat, stay healthy!. Of course, it's totally up to you if you want to do it that way, or if you want to take the soft option and pop pills every day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
