Answers:
My favorite breakfast is whole buckwheat groats (or quinoa) porridge, with a dollop of freshly made raw yogurt, topped with a drizzle of raw agave nectar and sliced organic pears (some times I simmer the pears in with the porridge)

For lunch, I usually have homemade cheese (made with milk fresh from my cow) melted on homemade buckwheat toast, with a nice salad!.

Dinner is usually a veggie stew, roasted root veggies, veggie sheperds pie, baked whole pumpkin, baked sweet potato, or some other tasty veggie dish!. I also like arrancinni, mochi, lefse and other interesting vegetarian foods!.

Snacks would be homemade cookies, pies, cakes, or pastries made with flour that I grind myself from buckwheat, quinoa, millet, or other healthy whole grains!. I also snack on my homemade cheeses throughout the day!.

You can lose weight by not giving your body foods that it doesn't know how to process, such as commercial foods, artificial stuff, and processed foods full of preservatives and chemicals!. You will lose weight by eating foods as close to their natural source as possible, preferably organic, since your body also does not know how to process the chemicals and pesticides in commercial foods!. Its fun to explore different foods from other cultures too-it keeps things from getting boring!. The "ethnic" category on here is a good place to start!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not a vegetarian, but for breakfast i have 4 scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of toast with jelly, not butter!. Large glass of OJ!. Bowl of cereal!. And usually i'll have a protein shake too!.

no, this will definitely not help you lose weight, i'm trying to gain weight and muscle actually!. 6'1" 175Www@FoodAQ@Com

For breakfast nothings better than i nice big bowl of fruit salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
