Question: I want to become a vegetarian, I can even give up eggs and milk, but how can I give up sushi!?
It's probably my favorite meal of all time!. I'm always eating shrimp and crab rolls!. Help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You will have no protein !.

Human chemistry is carnivore and needs protein !.
And the fish is so little in sushi , that will barely meet your minimum needs !.
