Question: A vegetarian protien shake can you please help me find one!.!?
Well I am a lacto-ova-vegetarian and I want to make a homemade protien shake that will be healthy for my vegetarian lifestyle and just help me athletically overall!. So can so come up with a couple of vegetarian protien shakes for me!?
